Cowes hosts numerous prestigious regattas and marine events throughout the year, providing ample spectacle and entertainment and there are always new haunts to explore. Rub shoulders with some of the most famous names in the yachting world in Cowes town centre. With its a broad spectrum of friendly pubs, restaurants, and yacht clubs just a 10 minute walk from UKSA, it's a great place to be and there are always new haunts to explore.

Getting to the Island
With up to 350 ferry crossings a day, it's simple to travel to the Isle of Wight, and once you are there, it's even easier to get around. Only 2 hours from London, ferry routes connect directly with road, rail and coach links to get you swiftly to anywhere on the Island. Enjoy a leisurely crossing by car ferry or catch a high-speed passenger ferry for a fast arrival. Foot passengers can take advantage of the Island's comprehensive bus network, book a taxi or arrange vehicle hire.
