UKSA Yachting Instructor Vacancy
The UKSA is a registered charity and dedicated training establishment for a variety of waterbased activities.
We offer a range of training for customers looking to improve their leisure sailing through to people seeking a career in the yachting industry.
We are currently seeking to recruit RYA qualified Yachting instructor, to teach both afloat and ashore, on our yachting training programs.
The role will involve:
- Teaching all elements of the RYA Sail Cruising scheme, from Competent Crew to Yachtmaster preparation.
- Teaching Shorebased modules for both long and short term UKSA courses
The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent inter-personal skills
- Need to be a strong team player
- Have the ability to multi task
Experience required:
- Yachting industry experience is essential
- Candidates must be a minimum of an RYA Cruising Instructor
Contract: Initially 12 month
