NB: Applications for oral examination up to and including 30 September 2007 will be assessed if the Service is given and documented under the previous provisions in MGN 195 (M). MCA training modules and Oral Examinations have a period of validity of 3 years. Each must be in date at the time the certificate is issued. Master and Officers holding a Certificate of Competency are required to revalidate the certificate at intervals not exceeding five years. |
