Essential Marine Cookery will introduce you to the fundamentals of cooking on yachts and provide you with a repertoire of delicious meals to impress. The course will improve your confidence and enjoyment when catering for guests and crew, as well as adding real value to your professional yachting CV.
Taught by a team of highly qualified chefs and an experienced member of yacht crew, the programme will provide a sound knowledge in basic cookery and preparation skills.
