Sea kayaking is one of the fastest growing outdoor activities – Introduction to Sea Kayaking shows you why! The course is all about having fun in the spectacular marine environment of the West Wight coast – we’ll explore caves and reach coves only sea kayakers can.
Along the way you’ll learn about boat handling skills, rescue techniques and trip planning. We’ll give you lots of advice on what clothing and equipment to choose, weather forecasting and sea safety. You’ll finish the course with a smile on your face and eager for more sea kayaking adventures.
Course costs include use of UKSA specialist sea kayaks and all technical equipment and transport to and from sea kayaking locations.
