Course overview

Please specify which elements you would like to work on/achieve at the time of booking. It is not possible to have all 3 elements signed off from completing this course. Experience the excitement of high-performance dinghy sailing and the use of asymmetric spinnakers. The programme will take sailors through a range of enjoyable exercises designed to build confidence, skills and knowledge; and to be able to take part in club racing.

• Trapezing techniques, including twin trapezing
• Toll tacking and gybing
• Hosting, lowering, trimming and gybing asymmetric spinnakers
• Downwind performance
• Sail tuning / rig efficiencies and tuning
• Upwind sailing efficiency
• Multi-hull sailing
